Cangzhou Julong Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1979 and is one of the earliest chlor-alkali enterprises in China. After years of development, it has become a large state-owned enterprise with various specifications of PVC resin resin totaling 630,000 tons/year, as well as chemical liquid terminals, caustic soda, HCL, liquid chlorine and other facilities and series of chemical products. Our company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jizhong Energy Resources Co.,Ltd. which is directly under the Hebei Provincial government, and was once one of a world's top 500 companies.
